
Meet Holly
Holly Kristensen | (MSc, MDiv)
Holly is a Psychotherapist, Teacher, Speaker, and most importantly, a Mother of four delightful daughters!
Holly’s passion is to teach and train people in the areas of mental health and wellness. It is her privilege to listen, encourage, comfort, and challenge people in their journey of life using therapeutic tools and strategies. Her posture is genuine and gentle, inviting people into an experience with personal growth and positive change.
Holly’s educational background includes a Master of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Divinity degree in Clinical Counselling, as well as a Ph.D. in Psychology (in progress). Over the past ten years, she has worked in various capacities, including the corporate, educational, and non-profit sectors, working with individuals to develop their strengths and potential.

Therapist
Holly is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). She is also a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator offering premarital assessments and counselling for couples.

Teacher
Holly’s experience includes research and teaching in the field of psychology. She is a sessional instructor at Trent University, where she teaches courses in Intimate Relationships and Motivation and Emotion, as well as Tyndale University where she teaches Family Systems Theory.
